Structured Healing Program

3 Month Commitment-

Our program begins with a comprehensive intake and assessment process to understand each participant’s personal history, goals, and support needs. Designed to fit seamlessly into a busy life, this three-month, multi-phase program allows participants to engage deeply in their healing without disrupting work, family, or daily responsibilities and is provided at no cost to the participant.

The program guides individuals through grounding practices, deeper emotional healing, and practical integration tools that build resilience and personal empowerment. Outdoor experiences and ayahuasca retreats are thoughtfully scheduled on weekends to accommodate a wide range of schedules, ensuring accessibility and consistency throughout the journey.

 

Participants take part in supportive peer circles and community-building activities that foster meaningful connection and a sense of belonging. After completing the core phases, continued support is provided through follow-up check-ins, ongoing support groups, and access to long-term resources. This holistic model ensures participants feel supported, encouraged, and equipped to integrate their healing into everyday life long after the program concludes.
